Silke António
Silke António has six years of experience in managing social projects. Currently, Silke is president of Livros São Portas, an association focused on creating community libraries, improving access to books, and providing quality education for children and adolescents. She is cofounder and manager of AS?A Sua Assistente Virtual, a company specializing in digital marketing, social media, and remote secretarial services. Silke is a fifth-year student in the Faculty of Medicine at Universidade Agostinho Neto. Silke is moved by the love and patriotism she feels for her country and continent, and she understands that success is the result of an entire community, and that community can be a vehicle for young people to get better educations and be healthier. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, Silke plans to continue working with Livros São Portas, developing projects in education and health, and training young people so that together they can contribute to the development of Africa.
